Where can I find this FS Repaint? I haven't seen it before. Is it a rendering package for MDL files, and does it offer painting abilities like PS or PSP?

It's a commercial package by Abacus. IT allows you to see a 3d rendering of the MDL file, and you can create a new paint variant, but you cannot convert an mdl or change texture assigments, etc. IT's default editor is basic, compared to PSP, etc., but it does allow you to send the image to your preferred paint program (PSP, etc) and then you see the changes when you pop it back into FS Repaint. With the default editor you see the changes as you make them.
