The fsfsconv (fsfs converter) folder contains generic panels for aliasing to. This was introduced with the FS98 Converter which was released as a separate update. The Converter was included with CFS1 & FS2000.  This made it much easier to install aircraft designed for the previous M$ sims. For some unknown reason the idea was dropped with CFS2 & FS2002. If I'm not completely mistaken they have included it with FS2004. This does seem a little late as nobody will know what it's for. ::)

No I have no connection with M$. They do send me preview copies of their software.
