any can you me help the convert a aircraft?

Looks never posted here is the first time I am in brazil and not speak English very well what I am using a kind of translator, and going straight to the point I am trying to convert a 01 aircraft CWDT P-51D of FS2004 pra CFS2 as that which I ai program I use someone help me?
