initializer magnitude  to large for specified si

Hi
im working on my version 2.00 of the

Levasseur PL8 of " Nungesser and Coli "

in date have remake  texture , animated pilot head, put some cool animation in ( cows flap, engine capot )


but now im stoped whit a recuring trouble  ???

whene i try to implement  my W12 cylinder engine in  my gmax  model


the model do not whant to compile the error is

" initializer magnitude  to large for specified size "



i know that this error is becose i have to many poligon in my gmax model

so i have uptimised it at the max i can do !

but nothing work  :(

dont enderstand ???
becose before i have optimised my modelle whit  my W12 engine in the modelle having more poligon that now and no trouble to compile ?



heach time i put all my engine part in i have the same error ?

please help !
