Some sample shots of slingsby

Postby knife-edge » Fri Aug 27, 2004 10:48 pm

Hey guys. Here are some sample shots of a slingsby firefly I am trying to work on. I am going to really need some help with this thing, this will be the first aircraft I have designed. I just wanted to post some of the wireframes I have to date on here. Any advise on how to build the canopy for this thing would be great. I think I can use FSEdges' tutorial on lofting for building the cowl. :)

And here is the finished product (a year later)

Thanks,

Looking good, mon ami . . . ;)

But be carefull with the polygons.  That already looks a little heavy to me.  How many are there?  (There's a poly counter in the Utilities tab on the right side of the Gmax screen, in case you didn't know)
