90 degrees up?

Hey guys,

this is a more or less insane question, but is there a way a can make a rocket, so that it can be lauched, nose 90 degrees up, but then, once lauched, go into level flight? I wanted to make a V-2 with a Nazi guy strapped to it,  ;D
