now how do you atach them to the polygons? gah! and if you say the attach button i'll bithe your head off

You delete the "bigger" polygon, and make the new polygon from the old and new vertices.

You can also: 1) divide and edge which will create a new vertice, 2) cut a poly to add two vertices, or 3) slice the poly

If you just need to add a face, create a vertice, then create a new face from 2 adjoining and the new vertice.
