Pilot figurine modele for gmax

how i can get pilot figurine for gmax  ???

Well, I have been constantly using a gmax figure made by Jessy Corales located here:

http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_gmax.htm

Its the second one from the bottom, and you will have to work with it.  If you want to use it as a pilot, I have resized it and removed the coat, pants and rifle already.

As I have it, it will work well as a pilot.

If I were you, I would try to cut down on the amount of polys used, as it is very high.  Just use weld.
