Skids for the GMAX Bell 222

Postby twowayguru » Mon Dec 15, 2003 6:55 am

Has anyone designed skids for the GMAX Bell 222? I am currently trying to learn the program and I have the GMAX Bell 222 but I want to add skids to it instead of the landing gear. I also want to use the 222 as a base template to design a Bell 430. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, modifying the existing model seems a little pointless to me.  You would first have to find a program that can do that, and after six months of searching through FS sites I haven't come across a single program like that.  Even if you do manage to convert the file, you will have to reanimate, rename and retexture the model.  So your best bet is to just start from scratch.  At least, that's my take on the matter.
