Working on my 2002/2004 version of my 727-200 ADV and I have encountered a MUCHO problem. I CANT ROTATE. After reaching about 120 KIAS (the rotation speed) the elevator will seem to have zip effect and the rear wheels will rise from the ground and it will go happily along with the main landing gear in the air and the nose landing gear skidding along!!! PLEASE HELP! I NEED SUGGESTIONS MUCHO PLEASE!

Sounds like an odd problem with either the CG loaction too far forward, or the elevators placed too far forward (in the cfg/air file).
Try copying over the cfg/air file (and renaming to match your 727ADV) from the default 737 and working from there.
Air files and such are a bit of a black art I'm afraid, it's just trail and error and lots of testing to get it right.
