#1 - does your model export correctly, without errors, after your nose went flat?

#2 - I *think* that when you welded vertices, you used too large a pixel threshold so that too many vertices got welded together. - assuming that your error log said "co-located vertices".

It is a sile problem that make the exportation fail. and there is some thing in the tutorials explaining how to fix it. but the thik they say you should do screw up the plane.

It is very difficult to analyze your problem since you are not stating what the error log said was the problem in the first place.

Unless you had a backup made, your only fix right now is to rebuild the "flat nose" part.

I have got the back up but it is always the same story he tells me
MakeMDL was not found, of failed to convert the model
specified in 'C\Program Files\MS Games\FS2002\aircraft\aircraft\Plane\Model\myplane to a .MDL file.
Check your system path to ensure MakeMDL is on it."
so I look at the log files It put with the not working Mdl files.

and it tell me
Error in exporter: Mismatch between # vertex faces (0) and # normal faces (542148) in part cockpit.
Error!
Error!

and there is messages likes that all time after I have done the corrections said in tutorials but in the end it screw up my plane
