Purchasing FSDS V2

Greetings fellow bird-men, I wonder if any1 can help.
I have just parted with the right number of sheckels to get myself a copy of FSDS. I have downloaded it twice now and the executable bombs out after some 33% of its extraction process. Is this par for the course? i.e. do I just keep trying? Do the authors (Abacus) distribute this product in CD form?
I am really looking forward to using FSDS ( a friend has shown me what it can do) and I am finding it frustrating not being able to start some of my ideas off.

HAve you tried calling Abacus customer service?

I've had no problem with their downloads.

I believe that FSDS2 is also available in CD.
