Question on nuking

So when I bought my PC, it came with Vista on it, and a free upgrade to 7 when it was released.  So I upgraded to 7 home edition when it came using the upgrade disc, and then upgraded to Ultimate using another upgrade disc.  Now if I want to nuke my computer, and get it back to 7 Ultimate, which disc do I use to nuke it?

I ended up having a crash and needing to reinstall the OS, the only way I could get it to work was to install linux, and then install vista, and then update to 7.

I niluked a computer now first you put the 7 Ultimate disc in our disc drive. Now shut off your computer then power it up but press the button to put you into selecting your operating system to boot up. Select the cd drive and see if windows 7 ultimate boots up. If it does then shutdown your computer and enter the boot screen but this time don't press enter. If your press space (i think) it'll say what to do and just wipe the hardrive. During this process it should say what os to install. Select seven ultimate and boot it. If it works your almost done. Reboot your computer and select what os to boot select the hardrive and when it boots remove disc and have fun :D

I don't recommend you nuke it. Plutonium and Uranium doesn't come cheap and even if you do get the right materials, you will probably destroy the entire city you live in. If you really want to nuke it though, a 0.1 kiloton explosion should be more than enough.

lol.

This thread is the first time I've ever seen the word 'nuking' refer to formatting a HDD and reinstalling the OS.
