DxDiag .exe displays 'Bad Image_DLL C:|WINDOWS System 32\nvcodins.dll not a Windows valid image

When the DxDiag is opened it displays a dialog 'DLL C:\WINDOWS System 32 \nvcodins is not a valid Windows image'. How to rectify this problem?.I need a step-by- step Tutorial in this regard. Can some one help me, please? :(

I can't walk you through it but if it isn't malware, nvcodins is Nvidea software bits in your registry meaning,NVIDIA Driver CoInstaller.
