Its called you get what you pay for

Its normal for a extreme proc however I do think you will discover you will need to increase CPU voltage a bit after running FSX

I think its too low for 4GHz and it will probably start locking up until you raise it but none the less what you are seeing is the result of purchasing the better Intel components and the right memory

I was pretty amazed myself when I was able to reach 4 Ghz (even on air) with my i920.  But I DID have to bring my voltage up .... 1.232.  I use the "stutter" tool ... and couldn't be happier with the performance and smooth flying.
