Need Assistance with Services
Posted: Sun May 03, 2009 10:41 pmI've setup a hardware profile in Win2k for Flight Sim. All except the bare essentials services are off.
Well, I shot myself in the foot. My ATI Catalyst Control Center comes up stating I don't have permission to make changes.
I've gone through my services on my normal hardware profile, shutting them off one by one. I can't duplicate the problem.
Does anyone have a idea, possible solution, or another troubleshooting method?

Oh, by the way... My Catalyst version is 1.2.2217.17271. Now this is the tricky part. My video card was designed for Vista, so I'm not running the correct drivers. I am running the 9600 series v8.221.0.0 These drivers work just fine so I don't see how that would make any difference.
