I have an Asus 4670 that idles at 32, Underload it tops 43 When overclocked

Core: 750 to 785

Mem : Something i Think 1000 to 1075

Are these good temps? Could I take it further?

And, CCC says My card is 1Gb, But when I bought it the box said 512Mb :-?

My GTX280 idles around 50 and peaks around 80 after clocking. It seems you've got some nice room as far as temps go, but you can't tell for sure if the card can handle it. If you want, you can stress your card with Furmark and move the clock higher and higher until it becomes unstable.
