Thinking Vendetta 2 isn't installed properly

Got it a few weeks ago and only brought temps down from 75 - 76 down to 68 - 69.(The full story) I got the guys where i work to put it in and do the thermal compound (using arctic silver) and it lowered temps by about 3 degrees down to 72 - 73. I then took it apart and cleaned heatsink with isocol and put new thermal compund back on. getting temps of 68 - 69.

I have a E6400 and am pretty sure it should of lowered it a lot more than just 7 degrees.

What do we recommend i do?

A 10c drop sounds about right but it depends on the Vcore and CPU speed, and, the tower airflow too

What are you basing this temp change 'not good enough' on?

These are showing that under load with a large overclock it stays around the 50's.

I'm not that great at overclocking and am still learning but i havent changed my Vcore, i lowered it a bit before i started, and changed memory multiplyer to 2.00 from 2.5 and got from 266 to 380 fsb

I am able to open case door and turn air conditioning directly on it and it still only goes down to 63 from 68.

I am not sure if my case airflow is any good but most of my cables you cant see and the ocz fan is directly in line with the back case fan. (with airflow both going out back of case).

Also what would be the best case to get if i wanted the best airflow?
is the P182's airflow any good?
