Any benefit to AHCI on Rampage Formula?

The BIOS has a SATA config option for IDE/RAID/AHCI.

Nope

No benefit

The higher functions actually make Raptors run slower. The AHCI system which includes NCQ which I DISABLE on my professional RAID cards because of how much perf it sucks from a hard drive

NCQ and AHCI is made for NETWORK computers.. not game systems where raw speed of the drive is needed

Straight and to the point - that's what I like best about your answers, Nick.

There are some folks who, when asked what time it is, will proceed to tell you how the watch works. Altho you *could*, you don't when unnecessary.
