If it did not uninstall those programs, then they should still work. If you want them back on the add/remove list, you'll need to uninstall it then reinstall it. Most programs have an uninstall icon in the start menu > all programs list.
You might also try system restore to put your system back in the state it was before scrubbing. But if cyberscrub is any good it would have cleaned that out as well. In that event,
there is no way to get back what it erased. Be very careful when using these types of programs.
