This is my current setup, usually in constant evolution, but I have stopped modifying it for the last 4 or 5 months......

It is summer time, so my water temperatures are pretty high, in winter, they run about 25-35F

Water cooling goes along way, dont spill it..  ;D ;)

Hmm, interesting concept for water cooling. What you should do is stick that tank in a mini-refrigerator.

Actually........

I have decided not to, even though I have 2 mini fridges. Currently, my computer overclocks to max possible given the available settings for my 'FSB' (280MHz) and the multiplier lock (9X), and thats with 75F degree coolant.....

During the winter my CPU will be below freezing anyways.

JESUS H CHRIST PRIVET PYLE!!!! Ahem sorry, just not likeing your rig at all. The inside of the case needs much cleaning up.

Sorry to scream at you, however, being a modder its just hard to look at a messy case. To clean it up you could route the cables behind the Motherboard tray.

Oh however nice choice on the Ultraproducts X-Connect PSU, thinking of getting one myself

Well, I was gonna reply saying 'Well, nobody sees it anyways." Then I realized, everybody here sees it......  :'(

My next project is actually going to be getting a full tower case, where I will have the room to route all my cables the way I want. That, and I think I'll have a summertime radiator in the case, and my spring, winter and fall radiator outside in the cold.

I'm also thinking of removing my western digital array, and putting that in my older computer (the A7V8X with the 2100+ that clocks over 2400 MHz) since it is sitting in a box now. My current running back-up/old rig is my KT7E running a Duron 1300.

okey ive got a cuple suggestions for you.

First a water cooled rig should look like this:

Secondly I recomend ithor a Raidmax Scorpio 668 or any LianLi case for your full tower

AND it should have an hard drive, a vid card, a PSU...

And CD-ROM, ect.

Here is what fills my computer so:

4 Hard Drives
2 DVD/CD Roms
1 Floppy
PSU
Vid card that forces me to move my HD's to an other than stock location
RAID card (for PATA)
1/2" Tubing times 3 out of the CPU with no room to bend in case if cover is on (that is why it is off, at all times)

What I would like is a full tower that is extra wide, size is not really much of an issue.... As long as it is not too small.

When I redo my system here in a few weeks, I'll repost the new look.

Also, I prefer my radiator outside, that way my only fans in the house are the video card and the PSU (hopefully none pretty soon, vid cooler and water cooled PSU maybe)

Do they make water cooled PSU's? If not, I should design one, I have mills, waterjets and lathes available to me....

I'm actually considering building my own case too.....

I do not know of any water cooled PSU.

They have passively cooled PSU, but those don't usualy exceed 300 watts. And they get very very hot.

Then I shall design one!

This may take some time... and work.   ;D

I'll keep you updated when I buy a suitable power supply....

Good luck. I'm interested too in a such a PSU. Tell me how it goes.

Silentmaxx makes a water cooled PSU, but they want like 250 bucks or something outrageous.

I found a website of a guy who made a water cooled PSU also here: http://www.digital-explosion.co.uk/index.php?articleID=65

I like his idea, but I think I'll try an Acrylic PSU for my project, when I get the expendable funds.   8)

PLEASE, Please, please don't tell me that you are using Anti-freeze.

please :(

The reason is that AF will start to erode the internals of your hoses (that is why you need special hoses for your car and they have to be replaced every so often), and also is hard on the CPU block.

See, most watercooling manufacturers do not coat the CPU block's internals.  Even a little divit will start to erode and then...bingo...you have AF all over your Mobo.  The welds on those blocks are not designed to keep anything but water in.

Besides, Anti-freeze is not designed to help with the temps we are running at.  In fact, it is designed to help keep some heat in (to a point).  Running water you will see a cooler system.

Its water with a green additive in it. Usually UV reflective, its for show, and not too much else. If it were Anti-Freeze you wouldnt see the thinning dye around the puddles of the resovwar.
