...then, after you have emptied you Piggy-Bank in buying and frying processors, you finally come to the conclusion that there was really nothing wrong with the processor you had in the first place...!
It performed perfectly adequately in the what was expected of it....
...and if it didn't, then it would have been better to have gone out and bought a slightly faster processor at a very slight increase in price...
..leave it alone..
...and notice how reliable it is...

P.S.. I have found that by the time my existing processor is getting a bit slow for my current applications, a newer, faster processor costs less than my old one...
