how do yuo attuly overclock your machine is there a menu u can access or sumthink?

Sorry, your post is just so funny.

There actually is a menu you access called the BIOS setup. There you can change multipliers and FSB.

Seeing as you have no idea on it, I would not recommend it.

Also keep in mind that if you over-overclock (!) your system you may destroy it. I once lost a motherboard this way...

Yes, if you do plan to overlock, make sure you have adequate cooling on your CPU and northbridge or else your CPU and mob will end up like Poseidon's mobo...
