The software...

Hi, I know now that it aint really worth overclocking my PIII 500mhz, but if the O/C software will tell me a little about the CPU temps etc I would like to have it anyway. A URL would be much apricated...

A program i know of is EasyTune, this can be used for Gigabyte motherboards.

Okay, passed those. The only prob is that you say that is for gig+ machines. I am 500mhz! Any Ideas?

When i Gigabyte i mean the manufacturer.  That is the motherboard manufacturer i use.  You will have to look around for the one for you.  Easytune may work for you i am not sure if it works with other boards but i am not sure.

How do I find my Mobo manufacturer? I have no manuals etc... It is a MX440 chipset mind you   ???   ???

Take the power cable out of the back.  Open the case up look at the mobo.  There should be a manufacturer name or number on it.  Mine is just above the RAM slots and slightly left, near my processor.
