Overclocking

Well, scince my computer wont give me the power i had, im gunna force it.  ;D   so basicly, how do i overclock, is my system capable and whats the best most stable way to do it?

System:
Compaq Presaro R3000
AMD Athlon XP +3000
797 MHz (currently, and i know it has more power)
512 MB Ram

Two simple words "you cant." Sorry dude, but you have an OEM, and an OEM laptop to boot. Not only is the BIOS locked, but the cooling in there is horrable. Basically your stuck, sorry.

laptop overclocking is posible but pointless, the cooling system just won't take any extra speed and you would have to use windows based tools, and without voltage increases the clock gains would be small.
5900xt/2800+/280GB/1GB PC3200/Cyborg Evo Force/ABIT NF7
Gpu clock: 475mhz core, 800mhz mem
CPU at: 12.5x175 = 2187.5
memory: 2.5, 3, 3, 8 Duel channel on
Os: windows xp pro, ubuntu 5.10 breazy badger
