do u go in to the bios menu?
if so how do access it?

Yeah, its from the BIOS mainly. And to acess it then its normally the del key. It is on both of my PC's!  ;D Look for something like 'Press *** to enter setup'. Where *** is a key. A great tute for it all is here, in a great forum.

I hope you understand the risks - in a nutshell, if you mess up, you lose the PC, and its all outof waranty.
