Today while movingfiles from my desktop to my laptop i accidentaly deleted my photo album of my trip to a fly-in and those pictures where awsome,I don't think there is a way to get them back is there? :'(
I don't need a Sign.....wait......Damn!

Well I tried both of those and I got a few pictures back but most of them I lost.

Unfortunately if data has been over-written then yup you'll lose it. When something has been deleted it is still on your HDD till it is over-written.
But hey to have recovered something is better than nowt. The moral of the story is keep a recovery program on your PC at all times just in case. And if you do it again do the recovery before putting anything else on the HDD ;)

I really hate to ask but did you check your recycle bin?

I usually delete my bin every few hours usually.  :'(
