Hello varley, and welcome to SimV!
That's really a tough question to answer without a little more info. What type of computer are you using? As far as digital delivery goes, I don't think you'll have many options. I know you can download a demo of X-Plane
here. It's a pretty long install, but it would get you started. If you're using some newer hardware, you might give the FSX demo,
available here, a try.

im using windows 7 64 bit
AMD athlon X3 435 processor 2.7 GHZ
6.0GB RAM
and my windows ratings are
Processor = 6.6
Memory = 7.1
Graphics = 7.0
Gaming Graphics = 7.0
Primary Hard disk = 5.2
i want a simulator that has a good tutorial so i can get into it, i want the little things in a simulator like refuelling/loading and good AI, and also once im good at it, i want to be able to go online and have a full functioning airport for realism. if that is possible, or the closest thing to that.

MSFS 2004 would fit your needs, Better yet FSX Gold if your system can handle it, which I couldn't verify for you. They are only available on disc, however.

You could run FSX: Gold on your PC. Those specs are very close to what I have for my PC and it runs very well on mine.
