look here, about 1/2 way down the page.

http://www.simviation.com/fs2004utilities8.htm

Direct DL Link:: http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/syb2. ... nav470.zip

you can NOT get any more sids/stars for it, or a registration key to use it in multiplayer, but it WILL work in Single player flight, and you CAN add your scenery files to it the way you always had through the FSNAV DBC.

If you had previously registered FSNavigator I hope you have your registration information saved somewhere.

The download here (and elsewhere) of FSNav is limited to only 20 "free" uses - after which time it will cease to work unless it is registered.

quoting from the readme:

License:
========
* You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for 20 Flight Simulator sessions.
After this time, a registration fee is required.
* The purchased Registration Code work with all FSNavigator
  Versions 4.x

end quote

If you did not save your registraion information then there is no legal way to register it as all support for the program has ceased - including registration.

I purchased, and have used FS Navigator since it was first released, in all my various MS Flight Sims.
My FS Nav installation .exe is saved on a number of CD's, for safety, and registration details are always kept safely recorded on paper, (NOT on the Computer HDD!), so that upon each fresh re-installation of the program, and inserting the Registration Key, it always works!

For anyone who did not purchase the original official release, and record the registration key safely....and the original .exe installation program...
..they will be out of luck in running the program successfully.....trust me...;)...!

(Similarly applies to LAGO FSE/FSSE)...;)...!

Paul...G-BPLF....FS Nav.....FS '98...FS 2000...FS 2002...FS 2004....(FSX).... ;)...!

...welcome to the FS Navigator Club!... ;)...!

I would be willing to bet the farm (which I do not have) that you cannot legally register FSNav - no matter where you go or where you download the base program from.

The FSNav site no longer exists and all registrations eventually went thru that site.

As has already been stated in another post, the OP is simply out of luck if he did not back up his original registration data.

If that is an old cached page....... the page has been removed from the current site.  And that is for a reason...... you can no longer buy it.

It is a real SHAME that the developer did not release it into the public domain.

It is a shame indeed. FSNav is my buddy in the cockpit. Without it people like Fozzer and I would be lost in the wilderness long ago.

Saved original .cfg registrations, and installation package on multiple mediums.

...you bet, Alex...;)...!

I would imagine that the "Key" is encrypted into each version of FS Navigator that we originally downloaded and purchased, and only the matching Key which was supplied to us via our e-Mail at the

I got one of the lucky 20th install keys.  8-)

Saved for life.  You know how many times I had to install that demo to get it to unlock.  :o

I never fly online without it, as it helps me keep track of where Paul has wandered off to.  ;D

Good afternoon folks... :)

Okay now you have tweaked my interest.

As I want to build a motion home twin engine simulator I want to get information on all that is available.  When I say build I mean purchase things like a motion seat and consoles already put together.  By the time I do it I shall probably be long gone.   ;D

Now what is the difference between what you folks are talking about and me bringing up the map when flying in FS X?

Will it help with things like doing circuits as in FS X because right now in the Flight Planner I have found no way of taking off and landing at the same airport.  If there is a way please tell me.   :)

I am also wondering about the map in FS X, can it be used on a separate monitor or is that what this program you folks are talking about does?

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
