Movie Maker

What would you say is the most practical, and best value for money soft ware there is for editing videos? For Vista.

what kind of files does your camera create?

Windows movie maker opens all the normal files.  :-?

I use ArcSoft Total Media Extreme for all of my movies.

But it came with a Hauppague unit I purchased so am not sure what the cost would be.


I also have Adobe Premier Elements 7 that I bought but I prefer the ArcSoft software.
