How to go from IE8 to IE7? Help?

Hello, I have FS-X installed. Internet Explorer 8 is causing the kneeboard to mess up :(.
Not the best but:
Dell Dimension E510
2GB DDR2 RAM
nVidia 8600GS
P4@3.0GHZ
Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

Could try Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.

uninstall IE8 as fbofum suggests, then go here to get your IE7 back.
