OO defrag and Big games

I just finished my xp tweaks and optimize, Ran the procedure per Nicks threads. If I install several large games Like COD4, Crysis etc...
Should I repeat the procedure for O&O from the start. Nick says defrag is the last step. But When you install something after you have done the procedure do you repeat it. Or just stay on the maintance schedule. Its version 11.

if its massive installs as in gigs of data, run 2 complete name defrag passes with reboots between the 2

if its something small like a few hundred megs then just run the SPACE defrag till maintenance is due
