Garry's mod 9

Hi all! ;)

Recently i have tried to install garry's mod 9 (now don't go off saying get Gmod 10) But when i installed it a restarted steam.... It was nowhere :( I have CS:S TF2 And HL2 DM, so yeah.... i've got the engine, now Gmod 9 is now an 3rd party mod, steam no longer support it. Now any help on this :-?

Were did you install it? And did you checked the directory to make sure all the files were there?

I installed it to the correct folder, but still nothing :(
