I actually won a copy of this back about 2 months ago, And I just installed it last night and ran it according to how Nick said to run O&O. I ran 2 consalidate (Space) passes, but the C drive still shows 10.35% fragmented I tried to run another but it finished in like 2 seconds. I am using Vista 32bit. I removed the page file before I did the space defrags then set back to System managed. Is this normal.

I did clean out the system before hand, I am holding off on the name defrag to see if the space passses worked like they should.

turn off system restore service completely

Vista locks that part of the partition and the defrag can not access it

if you want SR running turn it back on after the defrag

Thanks I actually do that first thing. here is a list of the fragmented files it didnt defragment.
