>:(Installed my new(ish) video card the other day, cleaned out the old drivers (the right way I think) and installed Catalyst version 7.12. (seem to be the best for my system). I have the "use visual styles on windows and buttons" UN-checked on the visual effects tab of the performance options because I prefer to use a modified Windows "classic" theme, so I don't need it.

EVERY TIME I restart this thing, it boots into the newer XP theme with the crappy blue task bar and what not, and it's ticking me right the heck off!

Anyone know how to fix this?!?

Always apply first. This is making me nuts!
