Simple Windows Tweak
Posted: Tue Mar 25, 2008 10:32 pmThis reduced my ram usage by about 60Mbs... But helps mostly for you people that hardly ever turn your computers off.
Go into Windows Task Manager.
Click "explorer.exe" and click End Process.
Then click (in tsk mgr) File, New task (Run)
Then type in "explorer.exe" without the quotes. This basically resets explorer.exe. You probably already know but for all those n00bs...
