hi, i had issue when i came to install RT3 onto my computer. when you go through the installation process (legal stuff, disk space,etc..) i get to the page before starting the install and click next and it just wont do anything!! all it does is flash and then show the same page again!  i have tried everything i can think off but still the same thing. ive had it on 2 other computers and it works fine but then i thought , o, its probably a "vista" issue ,BUT THEN, i saw my cusson has the exact same game installed onto his vista ultimate 64bit edition computer, so im like what the hell??  :-?

phew out in one breath!!

any help or ideas into this strange matter will be deeply appreciated. thanks! :)

You could change Vista to a compatability of XP for the game. I think that would fix it but hey...I don't use Vista. ;)

Odd. Installed on my 32-bit vista fine...let me think...I got nothin'.
Do you have a seperate disk drive to test it in? Tried restarting etc?

yep as far as my brain will let me go, its really weird! the only thing i can think it probably is, is that my dvd rewriter drive is conflicting with the disk but there again it may be unlikely.

If you know anyone else with the game, ask them to borrow it and see if it installs. If it does then call up the company and ask for another copy if not then...

I have it on my Vista Home Premium 32bit... works fine (plays great!)

I would go asking friends if they either have a copy of the game, or if they can borrow your game to test it.

I know you said that it has worked before, but if now the disk has been broken, you can tell. Getting someone else's disk would see if it is a problem with your disk, getting someone to use it would imply a problem most likely with the drive (as the game seems to be working fine for Vista users- though the use of Vista is still a factor)
