I get a Confirm stream lost pop up when I try to copy files to a disk. It says


The file XXXXXXXX has extra information attached to it that might be lost if you continue copying. The contents of the file will not be affected. DO you want to copy the file anyways?



What does it mean and would i really lose information and data if I continue? :-/

What type of files are you trying to copy over? If it's a bunch of images, chances are it's probably a thumbs.db file which perfectly okay to be left out...
