Defrag

I'm looking for some advice on a defrag program. I have Vista Premium 64bit for an operating system. I'm curious as to what others are using to defrag, particularly those using Vista. Any suggestions on a program that's easy to use, does name and space defrag, and won't do more harm to my system than good?
