Windows Vista and DirectX10

Does Windows Vista come with DirectX10, or do I need to download it seperate?

I think the later releases should come with it...Mine came with DX10...But then again, on my laptop, it's an OEM copy :) ;)

Basic retail versions have DX10 ;)
