Interesting, last night, I got a gaggle of Vista updates to my computer.  I'm *finally* satisfied with Vista.  I installed 2Gig ram, and got rid of McAfee, and I noticed good performance.  BTW, I started a thread saying I got rid of Norton.  I goofed, it was McAfee I got rid of.   :-?

Now my Vista installation hums right along.  No problems.

I havn't been able to keep up with Vista, but has MS worked through some of the incompatibility issues with drivers, programs, ect?

Well, I got a total of 4 drivers over a period of 2 months from NVidia.  And I'm still waiting for Tascam to *finally* release Vista drivers for my US-122.  So, I think it's a matter of the 3rd party developers to release Vista drivers more than anything.
