Video problems

In youtube I use Adobe Flash Player 9. After like 2 seconds it stops playing; if I forward or rewind a bit then it restarts playing but only for 2 seconds as well. Same for any video player...and same thing for all video files on my harddisk. oh yeah, my sound has gone too.

I found no viruses no whatsoever...what can this be?

try downloading a flash file, and play it off your computer.

if it doesnt work properly, like the internet stuff, then see if you can get an older version.

if it does work, then try updating the current version.
