Photoshop Elements

Does anyone know if Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 for Windows, (the cheap one) works with Windows Vista? I've done an internet search on the subject and cannot find anything conclusive.

Alright, try this question then. How many individual computers can you install Photoshop Elements 5 on (I know that supports vista) and can anyone reccomend it?

Well not the answer your looking for but I gave up with Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro since there are freeware programs that can do the same without the cost
