Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 - HELP

I got RCT3 as I am a fan of the series and I install it find but when I load up the game to play it I get this message.

I don't know what is causing it and I don't know how to solve it.

No offense, but the RTC seris is a BIG LOAD OF CRAP! They always do this. Sorry no help :-[
