My name is Paul Pham and i am the Vice President for Information and Technology at Australian Airlines Virtual. The website can be found here. It is currently down. I am looking for a programmer who knows MySQL and PHP to make a automatic PIREP system and a signup system. Knowing javascript, flash and graphics are an extra bonus. I can offer you ads on our webpage if you own a company as payment. I am not sure if this is in the right forum (mods feel free to move this thread to another forum).
