Can the experts advise me on this please.

The warning below popped up this morning, with a file of vile language in it.

I have Spyware Doctor, AVG & Agave antispam running all the time.

Cannot find anywhere on the net to report this, is there a site for reporting?.

The warning & the file are not deletable!.

Is it true what the text says, or is it a scam to get me to click in it & get worst things. OR is it a virus?.

Sounds to me like spyware, I know you say you are running Spyware Doctor but I would download AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy and scan with them.
Or are you running a paid version of Spyware Doctor? if it is a trial it may be this giving this message.

BEWARE all these 'free' scans of your computer. My motto is if I don't know what it is, or aren't sure.,,or it has 'FREE' written all over it, I don't go near it.  A good number of these free scans are actually hooking into your system, ramming a scary warning into your face whether you like it or not that you can't get rid of. I never open mail from someone I don't know either. Never.
This is the reason I buy all my Antivirus's..etc.. It might cost some money, but at least you have peace of mind and know where you stand.

Since I run no background applications, spyware invades my comp from time to time...  but I run AdAware once a month and no probs!! 8-)

Webroot Spysweeper is the best tool out there for anti spyware hands down.

hmm I run virus scans every few months, once a week if I remember, Just had a huge cache of junk on my system (was running 32 proceses when it should have been 30) then all of a sudden 40ish... Took care of it... Just keep up on the scans, out of the porn, and don't install things you don't know about. If you follow that, should be good  ;D

Download Microsoft Windows Defender, like yesterday.  Also download the Microsoft malicious software removal tool.  Windows Defender will keep the nasties from even reaching your computer.  It doesn't stop cookies though, but AdAware will clean that stuff up.

I have Norton Antivirus, Norton Firewall, and Zone Alarm. All are up-to-date along with windows, so no problem here.

I never open any email unless I know exactly what it to come into my inbox [Gmail has excellent spam filters].
