Anyone know how to generate the check-sums in the FSNavigator SID/STAR files?

I wrote a program to convert Navigraph data into FSNavigator format but can't use the SID & STAR files it generates as FSNav requires a valid checksum and I've no idea how to create it.

No response from Helge on this so if anyone has any idea I'd be grateful, it's for personal not commercial use.
