Posted: Fri Dec 29, 2006 5:23 pmI don't think you can remove IE completely. Even if you can if you did you would no longer be able to update windows.
I posted awhile back how you could uninstall IE7 and returning it to IE6.

un-tick the 'internet explorer' box. thats the way i would do it...i dont know if it completely removes it though, or just shoves it into the background so to speak.
