Recommendations?

Postby ozzy72 » Sun Nov 12, 2006 4:51 am

Can anyone recommend some interior design software? Just the missus wants to look at ideas for the decor of the house as it should be ready next summer and she likes the idea she can drop things onto a plan and then see roughly what the room will look like in reality.... Anyone got any recommendations? Not really my thing ::)

Looking for some Home Sims huh? Nothing better to let you know how bad off you really are than designing a home you can't afford :D

I have played with the Better Homes and Gardens one and it is kind of cool. This is specialty type software so not to cheap ;) And not recommend for men with wives LMAO!!

Also look at some of your Hardware retailers or Home Centers sometimes they will have some design software.

Nah the house is all planned (the architects plans have been approved by the local building authority) and we've got the building permit. Just Mrs. Ozzy wants to start planning the interior. The office (mine) and the garage (Binkys house whilst under assembly) are my turf the rest is up to wifey!
I'll take a look at those, thanks ;)

Nope. I'm not really into arcade style games... flight sims and mahjong are about it apart from the odd flirtation with Star Wars games for the mindless violence and chance to hack Imperial Stormtroopers to death ;D

LMAO!! If I had a dollar everytime a friend told me that.

Its just a matter of time.........

You'll come home from a hard day at the school to see Binky surrounded by bad art, dried flowers and candles....

Actually the missus is quite good about these sort of things. We each have our own patch that the other doesn't mess with ;D
