Reccommended defragmentation utility (free)

What FREE utility (if there is one) would you guys reccommend to keep your disks defragmented?

I find its not very good but if its the only free one ill just have to get usedto it.

I haven't seen too many 3rd party defragmentation utilities. I never seen a free one. I think the one that comes with Windows is very good, although I have nothing to compare it to.

On my old 6 GIG 3600 RPM hard drive defragmenting might have sped things up. I don't know how much useful it is on modern hard drives. I never do it anymore. Takes a couple of hours and I don't think it is worth it. Maybe after a few years of heavy hard drive use.
